   I notice that you carry three different categories of Ink and Toner Cartridges on many part numbers, Can you please explain the difference?
   Yes. The difference is:

   1. OEM- This is the original equipment (name brand). This cartridge has an average fail rate of < 1% which means it has a reliability score of over 99% on average.
   2. PLATINUM- This cartridge has been re-manufactured in the North America and has an average fail rate of < 2% which means it has a reliability score of over 98% on average. Innovera, Katun, Xerox, IBM brands all fall in to this category along with our Platinum Line which private labels for the aforementioned.
   3. GOLD- This cartridge is re-manufactured overseas and has an average fail rate of < 4% which means it has a reliability score of over 96% on average.
